White plastic box with lid. One black on white picture, with text, on the lid and inside it, another one, white on black. 12x9.5 cm. Fluxus, 1965.
Fluxus Codex, p. 190: Silvermann, N° 64: "Direction was originally a score published in Water Yam (cf Silvermann n° 35 ff.) and the idea was developped by Maciunas to include three different Fluxus realizations of the works: single sheet, a book and a boxed version. It also relates to 'Arrow'. Note that Brecht titled his painting of an arrow: For Any Direction".

A white cardboard sheet with handwritten text on both sides: on the front one, handwritten in black felt pen by G. Brecht in large block caracters: "Art Focussing Not Two"; on the back side, designed as a postcard back, handwritten in blue ball point pen, text in English by G. Brecht to the consignee and his address. Post stamps, and date: 6.III.89, as this postcard has been mailed. Framed. Frame: 28.4x24.5 cm. Piece, "postcard": 10.7x14.9 cm. The frame's back has been let opened in order to be abble to read the Brecht's text on the back side of the "postcard" under a transparent piece of rhodoid.
