Title rubber stamped on the title page, 2 sheets of white paper, folded in 6 each (24 pages, including the title one), of which 20 are printed with the same 2 texts: "Enlarge the microbes and viruses in the circle 5000.000 times. Give them to your children to play with". "Don't use the Brouwnstoys before the year 4000 A.D.". All the pages are uncut, except the title one. Mimeographed text in blue/violet inks. Loose, under a black card blank cover. 11.2x9.7 cm. Self published, c. 1964.

"In Poste-Restante Letter, Brouwn outlines a clear set of instructions, but relies upon the participant to complete the process. (...) In the conceptual art movement, a procedural approach was favored. The emphasis was on the conceptual nature of an artwork, as opposed to its artifact qualities as a detailed object or demonstration of traditional 'craft'."
