à J. Jonas). 1977.

Object/Sculpture.
A 1 kg cast iron weight mounted on a square painted in white
wooden board. The weight is covered with many coatings of paints
of various colors looking like scales. Fixed to the wooden board
by two copper threads. At the threads is attached a paper label
with the handwritten title: "Chiffons de Peintre sous forme
de poids. (Attribué à J. Jonas)" on one side.
Signed by Télémaque on the same side of the label
in black ink. 15x15x8 cm. Created for the Spoerri's "Boutique
Aberante" at Centre Pompidou, Paris, 1977.
